Itinerary
07:00 – 07:15 a.m. | Hotel Pick-Up
Our team will pick you up from your hotel (downtown Puno area) and transfer you to the port, where you will board a comfortable shared speedboat.
07:30 a.m. | Adventure Begins
We begin our navigation across the majestic Lake Titicaca. During the journey, our bilingual guide (Spanish/English) will share fascinating information about the lake’s history, culture, flora, and wildlife.
Uros Floating Islands
After approximately 30 minutes of navigation, we will arrive at the famous Uros Floating Islands. Here, you will meet local families, learn how they build and maintain their islands made of totora reeds, and discover their traditions and unique lifestyle.
You will have the opportunity to enter a traditional home, interact with local residents, wear colorful traditional clothing, and capture unforgettable photographs of this unique cultural experience.
Optional: Ride on a traditional totora reed boat (additional cost).
Taquile Island
We will continue our journey by boat towards the beautiful Taquile Island.
10:30 a.m. | Arrival at Taquile Island
We will begin a 45-minute walk along a moderate-difficulty trail. During the hike, enjoy spectacular views of Lake Titicaca, ancient agricultural terraces, and the peaceful atmosphere of this island recognized for its ancestral textile traditions.
12:00 p.m. | Traditional Lunch
Enjoy a delicious typical lunch prepared with local ingredients while admiring the incredible views of the lake.
After lunch, you will have free time to explore the island, visit the main square, purchase handmade crafts created by local artisans, and take beautiful photographs.
02:30 p.m. | Return to Puno
We will board our speedboat and begin the return journey to Puno.
04:00 p.m. | Arrival in Puno
Transfer back to your hotel and end of our services.
