The Sacred City of Caral is an archaeological site renowned for its monumental architecture, including pyramids and sunken circular plazas, and is the oldest urban settlement in the Americas identified to date. The civilization was characterized by an economy based on agriculture and fishing, sophisticated urban planning, and the use of quipus for recording information.

Our team will welcome you right at the disembarkation area and escort you to your private tourist transport. From here, we depart directly toward the Supe Valley for your visit to ancient Caral.

✓ Arrival at the Sacred City of Caral – 10:30 AM
Enter the archaeological complex accompanied by an official English-speaking guide, a specialist in Andean civilization.
You will explore the oldest civilization in the Americas and learn about its impressive pyramids, plazas, ceremonial spaces, and urban layout.

After finishing the guided tour, we begin our return.

Meeting Point:
The meeting point will be at the main entrance of the Port of Callao, called APN. Our team will be waiting there with a sign bearing our agency's name, "Lima Discover" ready to begin the tour.
Most cruise lines offer buses that transport passengers from the pier to the main port entrance, which takes about 15 minutes.
However, sometimes passengers are taken directly to the Miraflores district. In that case, we can also pick you up there. Just let us know one or two days before the tour, and we'll make sure everything is arranged for your group. The drive to Miraflores will take approximately 50 minutes.
